What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  In the event that your box arrives in less than perfect condition, please let us know so that we can make it right.  We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the box they receive.  Perfect is what we strive for!

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes.  We offer local delivery within a 25km radius for $10.  Please allow 1-3 business days to fulfill your order and up to 2 business days to ship out.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

It generally takes 1-3 business days to fulfill your order.  Once your order is filled you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number to track your shipment.  In Ontario, you should expect your package within 8 business days for standard shipping and 2 business days for expedited.  We charge a flat rate of $10 for standard and $20 for express within Ontario.  The same shipping times apply to all other provinces, rate is $20 for standard and $40 for express.  We use Canada Post to ship our packages within the GTA and throughout Canada. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship throughout the GTA and across Canada and have plans to expand to the US in the future.

Do you offer corporate solutions to gift giving?

Yes.  We are currently offering branding and gifting design to our corporate clients.  Please allow 3-6 weeks from design to finish depending on the complexity of the project and the branding request.

Do you do custom boxes?

Yes.  Just like corporate orders we can design specialized gifts for weddings and any type of party worth celebrating.  We will help you come up with a theme that represents your vision and create a suitable palette to match that.
